Teachers are the guardians of spaces that allow students to breathe and be curious and explore the world and be who they are without suffocation. Students deserve one place where they can rumble with vulnerability and let their hearts exhale.”

Academic Statement
I am a strength-based leader who thrives in perspective taking, actively listening, and points toward solution-based care. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of collaboration. I intentionally pay attention to the different learning styles of adults in the field and strive to communicate clearly with the educators I support. Early childhood care and learning is essential to the health of our society. At the core of my being, I believe we have a moral obligation to not only support children in this way, but we also owe it to our community and future together.
